Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ali the Loaf! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade clothing. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website

    you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

  2. Handmade Clothing

    Our products are either handmade and designed by me, Ali. Or if made out of my studio, they are designed by me and made ethically and responsibly in the UK.  

  3. Ordering and Payment

    a. To purchase our handmade clothing, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

    b. All prices listed on our website are in GBP and do not include shipping (until checkout) or any applicable taxes or customs duties. You may be responsible for customs charges once your parcel arrives in your destination country.

    c. Payment for your order is required at the time of purchase. We accept card payment, and paypal.

    d. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

    a. We strive to ship your handmade ‘1 of 1’ items within 7 business days of receiving payment and your ‘made 2 order’ items within 6 weeks of receiving payment. However, please note that certain items may have longer processing times.

    b. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. c. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  5. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

     

    a. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund (minus a website processing fee). All cancellations are subject to a small website processing fee no matter when you cancel. Order cancellations requested after 24hrs will be refused or charged for materials which will of been purchased to complete your order.

    b. Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery.

    c. To request a return, please contact loafybits@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage.

    d. We may request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange.

    e. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

     

    f. Exchanges of ‘made 2 order’ pieces are accepted as long as the piece is unworn and undamaged. To request an exchange of size of the same design please contact hello@alitheloaf.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item. 

     

  6. Intellectual Property

a. All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ali the Loaf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

 

7.  Limitation of Liability

a. To the extent permitted by Ali the Loaf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our handmade clothing.

b. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our website.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lincolnshire.

  2. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
